…Radio Producer & Community Manager for A State Of Trance (Fulltime, On Site Amsterdam)
As the Radio Producer & Community Manager for A State Of Trance, you will:
• Perform editorial and productional tasks related to the A State of Trance radio show;
• Manage the A State of Trance community whilst growing the various channels;
• Monitor schedules and budgets;
• Create (online) campaigns and activations to boost the radio show and overall brand;
• Connect with artist managements to plan artist involvement in the radio show (such as guest hosting and guest mixes);
• Set up new platforms or channels that could benefit the A State of Trance community;
• Moderate the livestreams of the radio show on Twitch/YouTube;
• Initiate and maintain contact with A State Of Trance fans for studio visits and various voting opportunities;
• Program the 24/7 A State Of Trance channel on YouTube;
• Manage the website of A State Of Trance (www.astateoftrance.com) by creating new website content and actively leading the transformation of the website into a trance news portal.
Who are we looking for?
• You’ve acquired a relevant degree, at least ‘hbo’ (Dutch standard) or a bachelor’s degree;
• You’re extremely passionate about trance music and radio;
• You have excellent communication skills (in English);
• You know the ins and outs of the (social) media landscape;
• You are aware of the dynamic nature of – and relevant processes within – the music industry;
• You have a strong knowledge of our artists and repertoire;
• You are able to cope with strict deadlines and accustomed to working under pressure;
• You currently live in or near Amsterdam;
• Knowledge of radio studio equipment would be a plus
